The Spring 2008 book sale added Sunday afternoon to the usual Friday and Saturday. It garnered just over $3500, a tidy increase of $900 over Spring of 2007.

The Shelter Is Ready...

But the journey is far from over. The Board of Directors and hundreds of other volunteers have spent a decade helping animals while at the same time raising the half a million dollars neededto build a shelter to care for hundreds of abandoned and abused dogs and cats from every part of our county and find them permanent homes. We are immensely grateful for the support given by individuals and businesses over many years which enabled the Board to reach this milestone....read more
